British Canoeing, formerly known as the British Canoe Union (BCU) is a national governing body for canoeing in the United Kingdom. We have an umbrella organization here in the US called Pattle Sports North Aemrica. It formulates standards for training programs with certification levels and administers a range of personal performance awards and coaching awards.
